Our editorial staff is always accepting proposals and manuscripts to consider for publication in upcoming issues of our online journal. If you are interested, you have two options:

1. Click on Contact Us and submit your contact information with a short proposal. We will respond within a reasonable time frame (usually within a week) with questions, suggestions, and/or encouragement.

2. Send a manuscript (in Microsoft Word format please) via e-mail to PeteHall@EducationHall.com. We will respond within a reasonable time frame (usually within a week) with feedback and a preliminary publishing decision. Manuscripts should contain between 1,500-2,000 words and should follow these simple guidelines:

• Relate your experiences, opinions, or findings to real-world educational leadership issues.

• Speak to the reader in a pleasant, semi-formal manner.

• Demonstrate that you have done your homework with proper research and/or critical thought.

• Offer a fresh perspective on a current situation - something replicable and/or inspirational to others.

Please read prior issues of The Launching Pad for examples of articles that have met our criteria. There are no set submission dates, due to the nature of the distribution schedule (when we have sufficient articles to publish the online journal, we'll publish it). If you have an article or an idea, send it forth and start the dialogue! Please do not send articles that are being considered for publication in other journals. In rare circumstances, our articles have been subsequently selected for publication elsewhere. Please direct inquiries to the email listed above.
